All quality gear, cleaned and sanitized from last use, and delivered and picked up. If you would like to add additional items, no problem! Just chose from our individual camping items here. If you have any questions or specific requests, please reach out to info@packlist.ca, we'd be happy to help! Rentals (or Rentals and Purchases combined) over $50 are delivered and picked up for free.

Cancellation Policy
If your order is cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of your rental period, you will be issued a complete refund. If the cancellation request happens within 24 hours of the start of your rental period, a $25 administrative fee will be withheld from your refund. For instance, if you booked a rental from Friday to Sunday (standard weekend rental). you must cancel your rental by Wednesday at 11:59pm to avoid the $25 administrative fee. Please email all cancellation requests or questions to info@packlist.ca. Money Back Guarantee We think it's important we do it right. We want you to have the easiest, best outdoor experience possible. Now, part of that is on you, you have to go out there and have fun! But, if we don't hold up our end of the bargain, we offer a full money-back guarantee for all rentals and purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product or service from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. This will be refunded on the method of payment used at checkout. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
